EDx900™

Innovative approach for isolating circulating tumor cells

EDx900™

Circulating tumor cells (CTCs) are rare cells found in the blood of patients with tumors, which function as a seed for metastases. Cancer cells metastasize through the bloodstream as CTC’s. CTCs are considered as clinical biomarker, and an important component of a liquid biopsy.

EDx900™ is a novel, innovative approach for isolating CTCs from the blood of patients with cancer for downstream analysis and genetic profiling.

Isolation, enumeration and the molecular characterization of CTCs can bridge the “missing link” between cancer biology and individualized/precision therapies.

EDx900™ is in development to be used in a wide range of different cancers, including colorectal, lung, head and neck, pancreatic, breast and blood cancers.
